Rachel Harding

Rachel is a qualified, experienced, professional Yoga teacher. She holds the British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma and has been teaching Yoga since the early 1990’s, and is still developing her skills. She specialises in Yoga for the over-50’s (but all ages are welcome!) and is skilled in adapting Yoga postures to suit individual needs.
